Requesting a Consultation Through Our Website
What to include when you use the contact form, how we triage enquiries, and how to help us understand your timeline and objectives from day one.

By Reuben Mburu
The Contact page is the best way to start a structured enquiry. A short, factual summary of your matter—parties, dates, what you need (e.g. opinion, transaction support, dispute strategy)—helps our team route your request to the right partner.
Information that speeds things up
Where relevant, mention jurisdiction, urgency (court dates, signing deadlines), and whether you already have counsel. You do not need to share confidential documents in the first message; we can agree secure channels after initial contact.
What happens next
We review enquiries during business hours and aim to acknowledge promptly. Complex or conflict-sensitive matters may require a short internal check before we confirm availability. Using the platform consistently keeps a clear record and reduces back-and-forth.
Submitting the form does not create a lawyer–client relationship until we expressly agree to act.
